Jul 18,2024Ordering the shade was very easy and customer service contacted me to insure my measurements were correct and to get more detail measurements. Shade turned out perfect and was a lifesaver for the high temperatures in direct sun. Highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future. Will send pictures when I can.

Jun 11,2024Scam Chinese company. Cheap material and wrong size. Horrid customer service. They are now called the hue .com. Stay away from these criminals. $150 down the drain to China.

Apr 23,2024I ordered a custom sun shade sail from them over the weekend, but had questions. I called 57 times (I know I know, but cmon...no voice-mail? No callback? No "sorry, it's been a busy day", no person! Literally no one there! So...shut up). I sent an email immediately asking for them to cancel my order as their company pops-up on scam reporter sites and the lack of response is just the nail in the coffin to that. Buy from a company that you can ACTUALLY TALK TO PEOPLE and not a company that can't pick up the phone after 57 calls.

Mar 07,2024Finally received my curtains after a month and a half. Absolutely, beyond disappointed. I would return them if I thought I would actually get my money back. Customer service is a joke. Quality of fabrics is terrible. They don’t open well at all because the fabric is so stiff and cheap. The ‘blackout’ part is literally a large piece of black felt between the liner and curtain. An absolute joke. I wish I could add pictures to show how terrible they truly are.

Feb 20,2024The curtain looks great! It is actually an insulated,quilted, single "curtain" to cover a door-sized opening leading to the back hallway of our house. It will keep the very hot or cold air from getting to the front of the house during summer and winter. It was customized for our purpose and packed very well. And, it was a quick turnaround. It looks just like the beige curtain shown on the Nicetown website. Very nice, and glad I found them.

Feb 18,2024Our insulating curtains are absolutely excellent and exceed all expectations. Flawless. We live in winter weather that can get to sub zero temperatures here in the mountains of upstate NY. We registered a 3 degree warming change after installing the curtains on our doors. Amazing.

Feb 03,2024Positively LOVE the quality & the look! CLASSY! Heavy duty, waterproof, outdoor curtains. I got the matching sandbags. They are hidden below the curtains, and they work well in storms and high winds. The curtains come with nice tiebacks. However, I bought the woven ball tiebacks. Everyone who comes to my home comments on how beautiful they are!

I couldn't be happier with the overall quality, service, price point and manufacturing / shipping time! They've definitely helped with the noise. 5 stars all the way. We plan to order more products from Nicetown soon!

Jan 04,2024Fantastic curtains were PERFECT! I needed new curtains for my condo. Took the measurements per instructions on the site and placed my order online. This company is based in China, so the access to a customer service center is more limited, but this isn’t a big box store and someone customer service did call me back and was VERY helpful. The curtains arrived in great time and were perfect out of the box. Just hung them last night and they exceeded my expectations! Unbeatable price, great customer service, and high quality curtains! The blackout curtains are even better than the much more expensive curtains they replaced!

Dec 30,2023First of all, I was very nervous about buying special order curtains from a company I didn't know personally. I looked at a dozen websites to compare prices and options. I spoke with Nicetown's "customer support" department many times about taking measurements. I didn't hear back from a couple of other companies. The width I needed was much wider than the normal size, as was the length, but they were very assuring. Their PRICES WERE UNBELIEVEABLE compared to other companies and that made me anxious, but it was 100% true. But because everyone I spoke to or emailed was so kind and helpful, I placed the order for curtains to go on the pole barn in the back yard. There were so many color choices (which is a good thing) but I decided I wanted the curtains to blend in with the structure. I ordered the Outdoor Aqua Shield curtains. The order arrived several weeks ahead of what I had expected. When I opened the boxes, I almost cried, they are so lovely! I expected them to be stiff, but they are very soft and thick. We will sing this companies praises for a long, long time! I know there were comments about the curtains being made outside of the USA, and I don't really know where they were made. I just know the quality is extraordinary, they were packaged carefully and delivered within eight calendar days. And the staff was very helpful and patient. You will be very glad you ordered from Nicetown and your wallet will remain intact! We've had so much wind in Florida, that we had to tie them to the poles in three areas, so they would stay in place. They are very lovely with just one tie-back. (which the company sent to me to go with my order, a very nice surprise.)

Dec 26,2023I ordered 3 sets of blackout and sound proofing curtains in a light beige color for my bedroom - they are truly blackout even with the light color and seem to help a lot with street noise. Quality seems very good. Shipping was fast! The packaging is simple, just clear plastic wrapping on the curtains with no branding or extra cardboard etc - this is probably why they can offer extremely decent prices so I love that. Being able to order fully custom sizes is important to me because I live in an old farmhouse with very nontraditional sized windows and ceiling heights. This is my new go-to place for the whole house.

Dec 20,2023I love the curtains and the fabric. They shipped quickly and wrapped beautifully. I will say to add a few inches on your measurements for the folding of the curtain. I guess I thought they did that but I wished I would have added a few more inches on each side for more of a wave. Loved the free tie backs as well.

We sent our Rep. pictures of our window along with measurements and the workmanship, color, length and width were perfect. We loved them so much we placed a second order 2 weeks later.

Nov 04,2023I ordered a shade sail and sent the dimensions needed for a triangle shaped shade sail. You would think its pretty failsafe, but not with NICETOWN.... I took off 12 inches as instructed and there are huge sags in the sail it does not even hang straight!!!! So disappointing to take the time to measure propertly and then to receive a SUB PAR product! Tight fit on the edges and huge sags in the middle!!!! No response to date from anyone at Nicetown. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CHINA CROOKS!!!!!

Nov 01,2023Exactly the size I ordered, very odd measurements because I ordered the more door type of insulated sound proof curtains for my bedroom windows. Really shocking how well the soundproofing is, I have 3 dogs and they do not react to my wife coming home in her v6 Edge or me coming home in my CRX, they do hear my mini but I put on a really loud exhaust so everyone within a mile hears that. I think mine were 77x46 and exactly those measurements. Ya they’re made in China, like most products you buy in America from American companies and I understand a certain trepidation toward buying those products as most are quite inferior to their advertisements but this isn’t one of those products and the review I read as top on this list is about as racist as a review can be. Like seriously stfu, if you can’t work a tape measure, it’s no one else’s fault. I was going to get some magnets and sew them down the sides and have matching ones to attach them snug to my window trim but it’s not been necessary they fit perfectly and fall perfectly after I modified my rod mounts to hold the curtains closer to the wall.

Dec 13,2024I HAVE PURCHASED BLACKOUT DRAPES WHICH ARE LOVELY! ALSO A BACK DOOR PULL-UP CURTAIN TO BLOCK COLD FROM A GLASS PANED DOOR. I WISH YOUR COMPANY WOULD MAKE THESE IN A HEAVY PADDED FABRIC TO KEEP COLD AND HEAT OUT. YOUR FABRIC IS LOVELY, COLOR IS LOVELY, BUT WE NEED A PADDED FABRIC FOR WINTER COLD WEATHER. YOU COULD CHARGE MUCH HIGHER PRICES FOR THIS TYPE OF COVER. WE WOULD PAY FOR IT, BECAUSE IT IS NEEDED. I WILL TRY TO ADD A QUILTED FABRIC TO THE BACK OF THIS CURTAIN TO MAKE IT USEFUL.
