Feb 01,2023Nothing went wrong with my very recent purchase and I find the bras themselves quite good and comfortable. My issue goes back to the end of last year when I had to return 2 bras. You firstly have to more or less apply for permission to make a returns. A lady called Anna wanted me to do an exchange which I did not want. Then when I Sent them back I was waiting nearly six weeks before I got my money back. I called three times left a message the first time no call back. Sent emails no reply. I then get yo speak to Imogen who blames the postal strike. I have to ring again in early January speak to Imogen again who just confirms that yes I have been waiting a long time for my refund and that it will go through soon. Three days later I get an email notification saying I've been refunded. If I had not preserved I don't believe I would never have had my money back. As I like the bras I ordered a new one last week but only because I knew this one woukd be OK as I already had one. Imogen came across as a lovely lady .... but there us something very wrong when you have to beg for your refund ... I first bought bras here in 2021 a different lady seemed to be in charge then maybe Lorraine or Lucy but the service was better abd the bras themselves used to arrive in a beautifully wrapped box. Now it's in ordinary packaging. I would get over that if the customer service was better.

Jan 31,2023What a wonderful team never had such good service and products. Had to have a few more deliveries to get the right fit but always came very quickly. Good customer support in over the phone fitting. Love the bras I bought two different styles one padded one not both fit great no wire problems, under the arms the material is so soft and the wires are great don’t poke into you. The back of the bras are designed well and certainly helps with the back fat issue so very pleased wish I had found this company before. Told my daughters and they are going to try too.

Jan 14,20235 star bra with 5 star service!! Blown away by the Kelly bra. Not only is it beautiful it fits beautifully!! No pain!! Which for someone with large breasts is unheard of. I have spread the word to all the women in my life!! These bras are truly life changing. I will not be buying from anyone else. Also the customer service is 2nd to none! I ordered the wrong size originally. After a lovely conversation with the staff at no1 I was sent two different sizes to try at no extra cost to me. Only once I was happy with the fit did I need to send back the ones that didn’t fit. AMAZING!!!! They truly care! Thankyou. I’ll be a repeat customer and advertiser for life.

Jan 07,2023Update 8/1/23 Further to this review I have now received a refund but yet again No1 Bra are not following the legal requirements of distance selling as they have only given me a partial refund! I paid £95.45 which they should have refunded me in full. Instead they have only refunded me £91.50 removing the postage costs from the refund. I am not impressed! Most appalling online shopping experience I've ever had. I had to chase via email and phone to get a returns label because quite frankly the bras are unflattering and made from unpleasant fabric. The staff pestered me with emails and calls to try a different size when all I wanted was to return them. I finally got a returns label and posted back to them on 29 November. They received my items back on 7th December. As of today 6th January 2023 31 days after the items arrived back with them I am still waiting for a refund despite emailing and phoning them to chase my refund which I should not have to do. This online company are not following online distance selling regulations where it is a legal requirement to refund customers within 14 days of returned items being received. Still waiting for a £95.45 refund, 31 days after returns received is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Jan 03,2023Great service, find what I was looking for, knowing if the size wasn't right I could return free until with help find the right size, as it is the size was right, would like it a little more if they pushed my boobs together more, instead at the 10 to 2 look. But they are very comfortable

Dec 23,2022I was made to feel very welcome from the time the door was opened. Having a bra fitting is not a great experience you can feel quite vulnerable and uncomfortable. But I have to say I was made to feel very relaxed. Anna took my measurements and fitted me with the most comfortable bra I have ever worn. Would highly recommend No1 Bra. Excellent service and excellent products.

I'm so happy I found these, they are comfortable, do not dig, and you are not desperate to get them off the moment you get home! The fitting video is self explanatory but I have also used the fitting service which was helpful. I brought one initially to try and I now have five, well worth the money. I will never go back.

Feb 07,2023Bought 3rd bra as always a fantastic fit. These bras are all I wear now, being quite busty they are supportive and very comfortable. And the Sunday boob check emails very helpful to keep you checking. 1st purchase I bought the wrong size of bra and no.1 were soo helpful.
