Nov 03,2022Followed the measuring instructions very carefully but the bra I received is very big in the band (loose even on the tightest hook) and the cups are also very big. Comfortable soft fabric but loose and gaping under the arms. I am not sure about having only two hooks on the back and narrow straps.

Nov 02,2022Although I should have received a 20% discount it didn’t come off at checkout but the company rectified this and refunded the difference The bra fit like a glove in my usual size and although a little pricey compared to my usual purchases it was worth it

Nov 02,2022I noticed this company on Facebook and thought that the bras looked pretty. Upon further investigation I noticed that they offered bras which did not dig into the breast tissue. After having recent problems with this very issue I decided to give them a try. The company were lovely to deal with and my bras were delivered to Jersey Channel Islands within 2 days. To my utter disbelief both fitted beautifully and were both comfortable and flattering. I am going to order more.

Oct 31,2022Amazing!! I haven’t worn a comfortable bra for over 20 years - I’ve tried countless makes/sizes etc to no avail. I saw an Instagram ad for No 1 Bra a few times and thought I’d give them a try. I went in for a fitting and WOW! A bra that fits properly, doesn’t dig in and holds in my ‘back fat’! Bought 3 and I left there wearing one of them! Fabulous service, knowledgeable, Friendly and helpful staff and literally the best bras I’ve ever worn. Thrilled.

Oct 22,2022A friend recommended No1 Bra to me. I ordered what I thought was the right size but got that wrong! Has taken a little while but after speaking to Kim (who is really helpful), I now have several bras (Darcey, Ava & Kelly) which are the most comfortable ones I have ever had. The way the wires are curved so they don’t dig in is genius! No1 Bra are also great with free exchanges so after you pay initially, they don’t charge anything else until you are completely satisfied & have returned any bras you don’t need. Looking forward to buying some of the new products I know are coming soon! I’ll never shop anywhere else for bras. Thanks to Lesley for recommending No1 Bra & thanks No1 Bra for changing my life! Fay

Oct 15,2022So a new bra? Some of us consider it a chore ... BUT NO MORE! Until you have tried on a No.1 Bra you will wonder why you never shopped here before. The customer service alone is worth experiencing- a truly “personal” touch which makes the whole effort so worthwhile. Kim especially, is the angel on the telephone who has the patience of a saint and who took the time to get the fit “just right”. I am not one to be over effusive with praise but this company certainly deserves it. Can’t wait to take advantage of their offers too. Come on ladies - this is the shop for your bras- your boobs will thank you for it.

Oct 15,2022Amazing friendly and expert customer service. I had a fitting at No 1 bra in Wheathamstead. Very impressed with how well the bras fit and they are excellent quality. I brought a Kelly and Darcy bra and two pairs of Chloe in nude and black. Very very helpful fitting service. I have worn all the underwear and it's beautiful to look at, excellent quality and best of all it gives me a great shape! I will be going back to this brand again.

Oct 13,2022The Darcy bra is my new favourite bra. The fabric is lovely and smooth, giving a smooth finish under clothes. The style of this bra does not lift the breasts so they're out there for display, instead it's beautifully supportive and extremely comfortable. It's not padded--big plus in my book, and is true to size.

Oct 01,2022Order14222 13/10/22 Update: Following a response from Customer Services to my Trust Pilot review issues have now been resolved satisfactorily ————————————————- I am beginning to despair of getting my original order resolved. I ordered 2 bras on 21/8; one fitted and one didn’t. I emailed to this effect and an exchange was arranged on 26/8. Upon receipt of the exchange on 6/9 the bras still did not fit so I emailed again on 6/9 and received a phone call on 7/9 from No1 and was advised to try a different size and also a different style. Nothing was received for 2 weeks so I called and chased on 22/9. I received an email confirming what would now be sent but the items being ordered were not the right size as agreed in the chasing phone call. This was then corrected when I called to again query the order. I received the now third order two days later but the order sent was again incorrect! I have since emailed twice requesting customer services contact me and also forward me a returns label so I can return ALL the bras now sitting on my kitchen table. I also wish for the refund for the bra in my first and original order that didn’t fit and it has not been possible to exchange due to all these errors. However I am being ignored by customer services The products are good but the customer service is hopeless and by ignoring customers they are both letting down and alienating customers.

Sep 22,2022I visited the shop to get measured and was greeted in a very friendly and relaxed environment. Turned out I was indeed wearing the wrong size which was quickly rectified. I came away with 2 new, well fitted and very comfortable bras. The quality and feel of them are excellent. They even changed my posture. I also got a follow up call a couple of days later to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. Excellent customer service. I won’t be shopping anywhere else but with No 1 Bra – thanks ladies!

Sep 22,2022I have been wearing my No.1 bras for a couple of months now after being fitted in the store. I have to say, I was a bit nervous about having a fitting but the staff and customer service were amazing and made me feel really at ease. I was shocked that I had been wearing the wrong size for the past 10 years and they got me into the right size within 5 mins! I have since bought 4 more bras as they are so comfortable. The material is excellent quality and feels really luxurious and the difference to my appearance is visible - it magically makes me look slimmer and taller because everything is sitting as it should be. This is now the only place I will buy my bras. I am sending all my friends here too.

Sep 22,2022Have as of today received my refund and No 1 Bra were very apologetic, for this oversight. Initially the point of sale was good, although was promised items to try that never arrived, at all, so there was a bit of a mix up to begin with. The bra I chose has fitted well, unfortunately after the customer service I have received after has failed miserably. I have tried relentlessly to receive my promised refund, having been advised to try different styles with the assurance that I can return and refund if unsuitable. I did this within days of receiving my items and am still to date waiting for my refund. I have phoned, emailed to no avail. I had to contact to ensure that the item was received back, as I wasn’t I notified. I was told the accounts system had an overhaul and that was the reason, which was weeks ago now. I been waiting since 11 August, don’t know how else I can obtain my refund, so I hope this will prompt a response.

Sep 20,2022I used the measurement guide on the website and ordered the Mia bra. Unfortunately I had inputted the wrong size when I placed the order. I submitted 2 tickets by mistake to try and let customer services know before they dispatched my order. The correct size as per my measurement arrived on 7th Sep. Unfortunately it was too big. Quick phone call to the shop- number conveniently listed on packing note. The first of 2 phone calls to lovely lady- apologies I can’t remember your name. We went through the measurement on the phone and she sent me over 2 different sizes. They came packed in a cardboard box and despite postal strike arrived within 3 days. I have the nude Mia. It’s really comfortable and gives a lovely shape. You have a new customer- I will not buy form anywhere else now! Well done on living up to promise of being No1 bra and also for excellent customer services.

Sep 16,2022I was a bit sceptical about ordering anything from an advert on Facebook but wow I love it. I am a 42G so not a small bra but I love it. All my bras I have are underwired and are very uncomfortable. This is so comfy and the fabric so soft. I will be ordering some more to replace my underwired ones.

Nov 04,2022These bras are super comfortable, supportive and give a great silhouette. I was honestly surprised at how much difference the change in bra "architecture" makes. I'd also top rate them on customer service. I was right on the cusp between sizes and wasn't totally convinced about the size from the initial fitting. No1 Bra offered a second appointment. It turned out I was more comfortable in a slightly different size for the cut of one particular style. Kim genuinely could not have been more kind and helpful. Really recommend having a personal fitting if you can. Now the proud owner of 3 different style bras to suit all occasions.
