I had to return two Aros slim chinos because unfortunately I felt that the product had a little too much “stretch” (I’m not fond of stretch fabric, but I liked the Aros Heavy chino so much I thought I’d try the slim version). The cotton and material construction was of a high quality and felt durable, however the chino was far too stretchy for me. I waited a couple weeks before enquiring about the status of my refund. Amanda in Customer Service very helpfully issued a prompt response to my email clarifying the status of my return items and my refund. The Aros slim is a fine chino, but the fit just didn’t feel right on my body.
I purchased 2 Norse Projects sweatshirts from a retailer in the UK (Goodhood). This is not a review of the service but of the products. On purchasing the sweatshirts the fit and feel was perfect. However after washing the sweatshirts in a 30 degree wash a couple of times they both shrunk in length by around 3 inches (7/8 cm) and are unwearable. The choice of materials and the quality of the production not in anyway premium. They are priced at over £100 each and in my opinion are not even on par with a cheap supermarket brand. I would not purchase from this company again
I received everything I ordered very promptly without issue. Be careful with returns, especially if returning from the US or Canada, and doing it by the post office rather than DHL, UPS or Fed Ex. Post Nord, the Denmark Postal Service can hold returns and the communication between Norse Projects Customer Service and the Norse Projects Logistics/Shipping Department could use improvement. If you return anything I would suggest tracking it and following-up with shipping courier or Nord Post. Nord Post is helpful and responsive. The reason is that if you just wait for your return to be released from Danish customs it will get sent back to you and not delivered. It is also possible for the Norse Projects Shipping/Logistics Department to be contacted about a return shipment and Norse Projects Customer Service not aware, which can be a headache…again though, only if you have a return, especially from outside the EU.
I ordered a jacket which cost nearly 4000 from zoo village and with the tags on I tried to tighten the jacket near the torso a small part that holds the tightening came off. I am shocked that a retail jacket costing 6000 dkk cannot even hold it for 2 days let alone for years. Very disappointed in the quality, I wrote to norse as well as zoovillage but I doubt I get money back. I was really looking for a quality product when you pay that much. Made in china should have been an early warning. This shows expensive stuff will not equate to quality. Update: the after service was good and I got full refund which seems fair perhaps take this input to better the product. The tightening straps need to more robust and also the main zip is not very smooth.
***EDITED FROM NEGATIVE REVIEW I recently made a negative review regarding my previous online purchase history with Norse Projects. In short, I had some frustrations with some products not being shipped multiple times as well as one of the products not presented to a decent standard as I would expect from a 2000kr+ pair of pants. That being said, I was contacted my Norse Projects customer service stating that they would like to help alleviate the problems I had. Amanda from SC was very responsive in our email exchanges together and helped me with the process of finding a solution allowing me to regain my trust in the company for future orders. Apart from that, the delivery time was quick and all the products come neatly packaged and the return process is also quick and easy.
Virkelig god kundeservice, altid prof, medgørlige og fair for begge parter.
Norse Projects clothes are ideal for daily wear and travel. I am highly satisfied of their products, as they are carefully crafted to suit the needs of an active lifestyle.
I bought trousers and a wool sweater. I thought I was paying for quality product, but the wool sweater started to tear after couple of days and the buttons on the trousers fell off after 2 weeks. I got a new sweater, but it also tore up after just couple of uses and I couldn't return it again.
Min bestilling kom dagen efter med cykelbud, uden meromkostning. Det er super service!
Really cool Scandi style. Bought a few caps for my bf and he loves them, wears them almost everyday!
Jeg har altid været glad for Norse. Det er en fornøjelse at købe fra deres webshop og fysiske butik. Kvaliteten er i top og det samme er designet. Lækkert nordisk kluns.
Love this brand!
Had two jackets from them both look really washed out after little use. On the winter coat I have all the press studs have come away from the fabric and literally fallen out, I spoke to the retailer I bought from who tried to claim I hadn't looked after it, it was over £300 and it's fallen apart after two winters going to work!
Just washed my favourite Norse Black crewneck sweater for the 1st time- it looks like it has been washed 20 times!!! So much colour has been washed out, and not evenly, on seams and spots around the sweater its faded. This is not the first time Im really disappointed with the quality of this brand, they claim to be high quality and price their goods accordingly, but their stuff is really just cheap quality and bad choices in manufacturing. Its really not okay to put this kind of garments on the market, producing bad quality that can't be used more than a handful of times are destroying the planet and are a pathetic strategy for a company in the 21st century where all the consequences of clothes production are easily within everybody's reach. Will put my money elsewhere.

Feb 28,2022Norse projects has some nice designs, but the customer service is not up to scratch. Faced with both zippers on my backpack breaking within weeks of each other I tried to see if the company would honour its slogan "Created for Life", but after a long back and forth was told that because I bought it in the Copenhagen store and didn't keep the receipt, they wouldn't help. Disappointing!
