Jul 18,2022Good experience with NTW from initial quote to installation. Replaced 5 x very old and rotting sash windows with like for like vertical slider windows on high 2nd floor apartment. Kept me informed every step of the way and were responsive to my various queries. The installers were courteous and incredibly fast and efficient. Would recommend.

The builders, fitters and the project team have all been professional, friendly and helpful throughout the work. Every question or query has been dealt with leaving us feeling happy with every job done. Thanks to all at NTW and we would defiantly recommend them to anyone.

The four builders and fitters were a credit to the company and themselves and it was impressive how they got on with the job, despite my offers of tea, coffee and biscuits! They worked solidly all the time they were on site. The quality of my windows and doors are superb and I would like to thank everyone who I had contact with from NTW for such a smooth and brilliant project. I shall recommend NTW to anyone I come into contact with who are looking to replace their windows and doors.

Jan 29,2022Absolutely love my composite front door, side panels and matching design front window. Had 3 x other windows fitted as well. Superb job done by Elliot and Luke. Arrived on time, completed the job in one day and left everything clean and tidy. Also thanks to Ian who was involved throughout and apologies for me keep changing my mind on the design of the front door and side panels (patience of a saint!) but it was well worth it as i couldn't be more happy with the end result. Still receiving positive comments from the neighbours! Thank you!

Nov 02,2021We paid over £2k for some French Doors last year. When decorating earlier this year we noticed we could see daylight in the closure gaps. They phoned today as a follow up to try sell me something else. I told them I wasn’t very happy with the doors they’d fitted and before I could even explain why he’d hung up. Rude. I initially left a more scathing review, which at least generated a follow up enquiry from them, which to be fair they have now been and made some adjustments to the fitting under warranty and they are now much better. In honesty I could have phoned them to do this at any point and their own (ie not sub contractor that fitted them for us) engineer was very good, explained what settlement had occurred in the hinges and how he was going to remediate. Service itself therefore is good, product works much better now properly adjusted, but that doesn’t stop the salesman being rude!

Oct 29,2021We are absolutely delighted with the service provided by NTW. From Sales through to Installation the service was excellent. The windows were installed over 2 days with minimum disruption and there was very little to do once the installers had left. We would highly recommend NTW.

Oct 29,2021This is the second time I have used Norther Trade Windows, both times I have found them very helpful and easy to deal with. Most recently they did a full installation of both windows and doors, for a very reasonable price. Despite there being a few small issues immediately after install they we very quick to return and rectify them. I was especially happy with how they dealt with me over the phone. I would recommend them to anyone.

May 13,2021We have had 3 separate jobs done by ntw. The quality, service, instillation and price always excellent The installers cleaned everything before leaving. The last 2 jobs were Covid 19 time. But every care was taken.
