Jul 31,2021Such a smart and brilliant meal prep service! Nourish Bud meals are so tasty and healthy too. I'm not Vegan but love the planet friendly intention of their menu while having something truly nutritious waiting for me in the fridge. I have exciting and thoughtful dishes ready to go throughout the week - so convenient, no cooking, no shopping, absolutely perfect for a busy lifestyle. One of the best ways I've taken care of myself in quite a while. Their protein Bliss Balls are also totally moreish!

Jan 19,2021Just enjoyed our “ build your own package” from Nourish bud. You can’t fault the quality or taste of the meals. Especially the Mexican Buddha bowl and Asian Satay wok. It doesn’t need to be Veganuary to experience plant based flavours and healthy eating. The ordering was straight forward and it was professionally delivered on time. Our first order, but it won’t be our last. Looking forward to experiencing the new dishes that have just been added!

Oct 24,2020Excellent service. Most meals are vegan + freshly made + easy to heat up if required. They now offer a service where you can build your own package (minimum order £20 which I found really useful). I've tried a range of different meals + breakfasts from them now + I can honestly say I haven't had a bad one, they're all delicious.

Delivered to your door what more can you ask for 😀 We have tried the women’s clean and lean, very nice my favourite being the Mexican Buddha Bowl and the Protein balls, mint and orange very yummy and great to carry around to refuel after the gym . We also tried the men’s protein week and the favourite was the Thai Noodle dish and the overnight oats yummy. Looking forward to next weeks delivery thanks guys a great service 😀💕💕

Oct 22,2020This is a lovely local supplier of fresh vegan food. Although I am not vegan I do enjoy it on occasions. Delivery is prompt and efficient and food keeps 5 days in fridge so I order 3 days worth at once. Very convenient.

Oct 22,2020I have been following Nourish Buds Vegan weight loss meal programme. I am in week 3 of 4 weeks and I am really enjoying my food. It looks and tastes good and keeps me full. I feel energetic and have lost weight. My favourites are the smoothies, various Buddha bowls, Korean noodles and cauliflower and coconut curry. Delivery is very efficient and at the agreed time.

Oct 21,2020We weren’t sure what to expect but the food has been delicious especially the lunches, dinners and snacks. We haven’t felt as hungry as on diets or other healthy eating programmes. We have been dabbling in vegetarianism in recent months, and this has given us a really good idea of vegan meals we could make ourselves too. We are going to continue with Nourish Bud for longer too.
