Mar 30,2022NowSkills is easily the best apprenticeship agency I've been with. The team was very friendly as fast to reply to any questions I had, and Rick Shaw saw me through the whole process from application to interview to position, giving great advice and helping me land a great job. Got more offers with NowSkills that were a good fit for what I wanted and that actually followed through to interview than I did applying elsewhere. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a data analysis apprenticeship.

They kept me updated every step of the way, made sure to find vacancies that fit my personal needs and explained every part of the prosses in great detail. Matthew always replied quickly to any questions I had and helped me find a good placement. He and the rest of the team that I spoke with were always friendly and positive when speaking with them which made the application process less intimidating.

I've been looking for an apprenticeship through them since August last year and they have been very helpful trying to find the right one for me. Finally got it and I am very excited to start. After a successful interview, I was starting the job the very next week. Rick Shaw was a great help it making sure I felt prepared for the interview and got all the information over to me very quickly.

Feb 28,2022NowSkills have been fast and efficient at finding an apprenticeship for me. It took about 2-3 weeks from the point of registration to be accepted on an apprenticeship. They are great at finding potential places and ensure that you are happy before the applications are sent off to the companies. They constantly keep you up to date through calls and emails. An extra special mention for Rick, he's been a pleasure to work with.

Jan 16,2022To begin with as this was the first time, applying to an apprenticeship it seemed scary at first, but NowSkills are not so serious that they're frightening but instead, they're kind, friendly and comforting as they were very supportive by ringing me or emailing me to make sure everything was fine which allowed me to be calm making the process not scary at all. Furthermore, I'd like to thank in particular Noah for his help with the application process, Rick for his help with the interview, and Laura for her help with finding apprenticeships close to me.

Dec 03,2021Laura G. and Rick S. from NowSkills are superb and come highly recommended from me. Laura helped me with the application process, and Rick took over once I had secured an interview and helped me with everything from that point onwards. I was led to re-evaluate my career after deciding what I had studied at university wasn't really what I wanted to pursue anymore. I was in a temporary job, with mere weeks left to find a new one and was worrying about not being able to make ends meet if I didn't find something in time. Not only have I now found something I really feel passionate about, I also managed to secure a job offer before my previous contract was up - such a quick turnaround was a HUGE weight off my shoulders! At what has been an incredibly strenuous time on my mental health, both Laura and Rick kept in constant contact every step of the way, which eased my anxiety and allowed me to focus on nailing the interview. I highly, highly recommend NowSkills if you're looking for an IT apprenticeship in the North West. I don't regret it, and I don't think you will either.

Dec 01,2021From the moment you sign up they try their hardest to help! They were supportive, they rang before and after my interviews asking how it went along with suggested help. They're not so serious its scary, they're very friendly it's lovely and comforting. Rick deserves a special mention, despite being on lunch or away from the office he always helped me. He was very thoughtful and answered all my questions promptly. He was also very reassuring and cheery when securing the apprenticeship. I definitely recommend especially Rick as he's been superb, others I cannot comment on as I haven't interacted with them.

Nov 05,2021NowSkills have been very helpful in helping me find an IT apprenticeship. Furthermore, they will phone you whenever they have new openings that they think you will be interested in. They got me an interview and the next day they phoned me to tell me that I was successful in the interview. A big shout out to Rick who was very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process.

Oct 13,2021After a year of tirelessly applying to multiple vacancies and apprenticeship providers I began to reconsider my career path. My luck changed when I applied to NowSkills. I received a phone call the same day I applied. A little over a month later and I’m handing in my letter of resignation to my previous employer whilst preparing to join a fantastic company as an Apprentice Software Developer. I’ve delt with other Apprenticeship providers in the past, all of which left me with a poor experience for various reasons. NowSkills were immediately different, I received regular contact from the very beginning, by a great team of people. Their customer service was excellent throughout every phone call and email. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rick, Alistair and Rebekah who were a tremendous help throughout the process. Most of all I would like to thank Rick for finding my first interview which shortly after led to a job offer. He was very considerate to the fact that I was not available at times, due to me being in full time employment. Rick was easy to reach and always made time to answer my calls in addition to my many questions. For anyone looking to break into a new career, I highly recommend applying to NowSkills.

He gave me a selection of apprenticeship roles to go for and always made sure the ones I went for interviews for, were ones that were suitable for me. He always kept me updated in the process of putting my application forward, then to getting offered an interview. He gave me lots of helpful tips and feedback which really helped me in this process. He found me the apprenticeship which I'm in now and I'm very grateful! I'd recommend Now Skills to anyone looking for an apprenticeship!

Sep 20,2021After leaving college I found it very hard to get into contact with business's for an apprenticeship in Digital Marketing. I had very good qualifications in fact, but found it very hard. NowSkills was extremely helpful is allowing me to get a carier, and giving me lots of different options. I am very grateful to of had the help of Lewis Cannon, Rick Shaw and Rebekah Vipond for getting employed. It is a very worthy organisation to use, and I highly recommened, as they are friendly, helpful and reliable.

Apr 22,2022I had been rejected by my first apprenticeship agency not five minutes before applying to NowSkills, the difference was night and day. Where the first agency told me that I didn't have enough "recent experience", NowSkills saw the breadth of my prior experience as well as the skills I'd accumulated over time. Everyone I spoke to at NowSkills has been incredibly helpful and friendly, including Matthew Manning who matched me with a company that I am thrilled to begin my apprenticeship with!
