Dec 04,2015I came across NowSkills on A Level results day this year. Submitted my details at 10 that morning and got a phone call by late afternoon the same day. Of the 2 people I dealt with, Ii have to say they were brilliant. Thanks to them, I got 7 interviews and, even though I didn't manage to find an apprenticeship with them, I'm still grateful for the help and support they gave me. The experience of those interviews has helped me so much to improve how I act in interviews. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an IT apprenticeship, especially if you're over 18 or about to pass 18.

Dec 02,2015I'm extremely happy with Nowskills IT Apprenticeships. I'd had a bad time hunting for a good apprenticeship with another apprenticeship finding organisation so i thought i'd sign up and give Nowskills a chance. Within i'd say 20 Minutes of signing up i got a call and everything was being arranged so fast, one minute i'm applying and now i've got a job... 10/10 To Nowskills IT Apprenticeship team. Helped me out a lot.

I was a little worried that they would keep me waiting however, I was offered a brilliant opportunity within 2 weeks of registering with NowSkills. I received great advice from the team which really helped me to be able to get the job offer.

I was offered an apprenticeship a week after, I'd like to thank the team so much, really helped me out and I would definitely recommend to others looking for an IT apprenticeship.

Nov 06,2015Within 1 day of my application, NowSkills had set up an interview for me which I thought was amazing as I had applied to a similar company who took 4 weeks to get me an interview. On the call regarding the interview a member of the team prepared me for the interview before hand asking me common interview question getting me into the interview mindset. within 2 days of my application I had 2 additional interviews lined up. The Process was very quick and easy, the staff there are considerate, helpful and pleasant to talk to. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for an IT apprenticeship. Thank You NowSkills for helping me get a start in the career I want.

Oct 21,2015I have had a good experience with Nowskills and I cannot think of any downsides of them. They have been helpful and I have gotten anything I need, they even offered to pay for travel to and from training which I declined as I have a bus pass already which I use for personal travel and would find it unfair if I had them pay for it as I use it so much outside of work. They have been very helpful and I am happy with their services.

Oct 20,2015When I started to use NowSkills they weren't too bad, however the level of service soon deteriorated, as such I stopped receiving phone-calls, e-mails and was promised interviews when never materialized, also I had to fill out one of there application form 3 times as it kept being mislaid. I found that the overall customer service wasn't adequate, and when I decided to post this review they pressured me into taking it down, which I told them I wasn't going to do as I wanted people to know the experience that I had. Overall, there are better Apprenticeship Companies out there to use, so I would stay well clear....

Jan 06,2016Right from first contact NowSkills made a concerted effort to provide me with the best support they could with regular updates and calls offering support in finding a position. Once a position was found and the course itself began NowSkills continued to show it's excellent customer service (Which I have to say the staff responsible for liaison between NowSkills and the apprentices are extraordinary) providing the same level of support and ensuring I had all the information I needed at a moments notice. The course itself was well put together and covered the courses subject thoroughly, the tutors were knowledgeable and well mannered even when the other apprentices weren't and were happy to provide support and guidance at any time. I'll finish by simply stating that I got more out of my time with NowSkills than I ever expected and I greatly appreciate all they did for me in my time with them and would urge anyone looking for an apprenticeship to at least look into them to see if they have what you're looking for.
