It was a long process with lots of paperwork required over multiple times which was frustrating and annoying at times, but the team’s patience and persistence was professional at all times. Given our long term history with the team and our knowledge that they understood our circumstances and requirements, we felt comfortable knowing they were fighting in our corner to ensure we were offered the best possible outcome for our position. She was thorough and respectful, Emma actually took the time to explain what would be required from us in terms of paperwork and then followed that up with an email confirmation so we had a list of things needed and the list didn't change. Emma was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we have no hesitations in recommending NSW mortgage Corp, they are certainly lucky to have Emma working for them!
