May 13,2022The course was an excellent one for trainers. The tools and techniques of training shared on that were not only useful for First aid training but could be used on different training sessions. The trainer was meticulous and knowledgeable and connected with the learners really well.

May 08,2022Michelle (trainer) was friendly and welcoming. She was direct and i loved that, no messing about but at the same made it enjoyable. I really enjoyed the week and was very excited to get going when i had been told i had passed. There is alot of work to do but all worth it in the end.
