The instructor was very knowledgeable and aware of the roles and responsibilities of a first aider in different situation e.g. choking, seizure, heavy bleeding. I was able to broaden my practical awareness in being a first aider in my setting and knowing the steps to take when calling the ambulance e.g. LIONEL.

I would definately recommend Michelle, and therefore, Nuco Training as an opportunity for learning valuable skills and knowledge to anyone.

Apr 08,2022I recently needed to renew my FAW qualifications and like a few of us I left it to the last minute. I called Nuco and told them the problem and also the location of where the course was being held. As usual they were very helpful and reserved me a place instantly, even tho they were short on spaces. I duly turned up on the day and was greeted by one of their lead trainers, who had trained me in the past. There is nothing I can say to those of you who have been trained by Nuco before. However, for those of you who have never been trained by Nuco before, you are missing out on training that is of an exceptional standard, delivered by people that not only know their stuff but also take pleasure in the knowledge and skills they give you….nuff said 😎

Apr 04,2022Been with NUCO for over 15 years, great course, great to get upgraded again as an instructor, my only slight negative, had asked to get Naloxone training for my job, although instructor did show me the different types and gave some notes, we did not have time to get the training done whilst there, so no further forward with that. overall great people good atmosphere great venue would be nice if you'd came to Glasgow as well.

Apr 21,2022A good instructor who "knew" how to engage the class and to pass on the information in a entertaining way, therefore helping the "new" instructors learn many different ideas and styles on how to impart information! The room was light and had aircon, with plenty of space for the practical instruction, with good, clean facilities. Plenty of parking spaces on site and very close to the classroom. Tea and Coffee readily available, personally the food was not as "good" as I and others expected and was a little dry at times, but other than that it was "ok" The staff were very helpful and catered for the different dietary requirement within the class. All in all a very good informative and enjoyable week.
