Mar 09,2024Whilst I have the time may I just send my most sincere thanks for the most superb course and previous subsequent courses. (my fourth with yourselves). As always you get the best out of people and deliver the topics in a way that put others to shame. It’s a genuine pleasure dealing with all of you especially those of you I have not met personally. As mentioned to both my trainers on Tuesday I had just attended my FREC3/4 in quick succession and nothing come close to your method of instruction, delivery or organisation NUCO for me is second to none and cannot be praised enough, the support I have received has been nothing more than first class from the start of my journey with NUCO to date.

Mar 07,2024Glen's teaching style was excellent and he made a 5 day course fly by! I feel really well equipped to take what I have leant and use to it to become an effective trainer. Glen has set the bar pretty high but it always good to have something to aspire to! Many thanks Glen for a comprehensive, well delivered and enjoyable course!

Mar 03,2024Excellent FAW Trainer’s refresher course. The tutor was very experienced and knowledgeable and the two days were interesting and engaging. Always good to learn different teaching techniques and I enjoyed meeting the other delegates. Great venue too, thank you Nuco Training.

Feb 05,2024I found the 3 day training course very insightful and interesting hearing about all the mental health conditions, causes and statistics. The course is not to be taken lightly as it is a heavy topic of which you'd expect but it is good to talk about the reality of mental health as it is a very important topic in todays society and in the workplace. The trainer was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of rich and useful examples to bring the training to life and put it into context more. I liked the fact that we had self-directed study/learning to take time out to research and learn things through different medias; such as watching films, reading books, internet etc. The only developmental feedback I'd give on the trainer's delivery style would be that I picked up on the phrase 'stuff like that' was used a few times when giving some examples. I have been in the L&D sector for over 10 years now and was always told to avoid that phrase as to some delegates they may not know what that exactly means. Furthermore I couldn't help picking up on the word 'er' being used numerous times - this is just a gap filler!
