Jul 16,2024Daz, Ade, and Ali were the perfect instructors; they were always willing to answer any questions and were patient with our progress. They were the perfect teacher, and I can't wait for the refreshers. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nuco to my friends and family. I learned a lot of new information, especially regarding making teaching sessions more interactive. The course material they provide is amazing, and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Jul 15,2024I have completed quite a few courses with Nuco Training, and can honestly say that they are excellent at what they do. The way that their Instructors conduct themselves is exemplary, with professionalism, passion and their knowledge is second to none. I would like to thank Daz Coombs, Ade Turner and Ali (sorry can't remember surname) for this experience in regaining my qualification as a First Aid Instructor, and I can honestly say that I was refreshed on my own knowledge and I learned a hell of a lot of things that are new, but also different ways to put across what I know. So a heartfelt thank you for this.

The instructors knowledge was second to none making us feel at ease from the moment I walked through the door, the course was well structured with information relevant to my needs. I would highly recommend this course to anyone wishing to deliver First Aid training, NUCO sare simply the best!!

Jul 10,2024A professional set up company throughout the booking process. Great venue at Washington with excellent facilities and learner resource pack during the course. Only just finished the course but so far the NUCO support system in place on line for trainer/instructors appears very professional and well set up to run your courses post qualification with updates to first aid etc. I attended the course as a qualified teacher already and felt that the first two were more about teaching where I expected to be covering more first aid skills. I accept there were students on the course who were doing the teaching qualification as well alongside the first aid and that would have been more beneficial to them. For those of us not doing the teaching qualification the course finished on day 4 so would like to have done more first aid skills with it being advertised as a 5 day course. The trainer had an in depth and outstanding level of knowledge in first aid and introduced some brilliant practical teaching methods of getting it across to the learners. An excellent part of the course on day 3 & 4 and thoroughly enjoyable. However I had to give the trainer some feedback early in the course on his manner in which he’d made the group feel during a practical scenario and this was later addressed with me. The trainer also just needs to be a bit more aware on occasions of some of the words or comments used when in a professional training environment with people who may not find them appropriate or comfortable. But overall I would recommend this company and course.

The course is run in such a way it helps you relax and perform at your best .This course has given me the confidence to do the job I love and train people to perform First Aid Thank you NuCo and especially Daz .

Aug 01,2024The training I received last week with Paul McKenzie was fantastic. Paul has a wealth of knowledge and training experience and he made the training not only enjoyable but extremely easy to understand. His approach was multi-faceted and he added fun and joy into the elements of delivery. For what was a long training course, Paul made the days run quickly (but the homework was awful :-)). Thank you Paul, for an enjoyable week and I hope I get the opportunity to meet you again during other training.
