1. We kwamen al tijden deksels tekort, de “oude” Magic Bullet begon de geest te geven (dagelijks intensief gebruik) dus hebben we een nieuwe gekocht omdat we stiktevreden zijn met het ding. 2. Bij de nieuwe zat een booklet waarmee naar de bestel site geleid werden. Daar gelijk onze slag geslagen. 3. Levering zo snel als het weerlicht: nog geen 24 uur hoeven wachten op de bestelling. Alle complimenten dus!

Na gebruik ging in de eerste week het rubber kapot. Ik had dit niet door, dus dit belandde in mijn smoothie. Ik vond dat hij al zo lastig draaide. Ik heb dit gemeld en het onderdeel werd kosteloos opgestuurd. Zeer net opgelost. Dankuwel!

Voor de 3e keer een nieuwe beker besteld. Deze gaat steeds kapot omdat de uitsteeksels beschadigen tijdens het draaien als het apparaat aan staat. De klantenservice zegt stuur maar retour als de beker niet past maar dat is niet de oplossing. De beker past maar wordt stuk gedraaid. Niemand begrijpt dit goed. Ik wil een oplossing maar het duurt dagen voordat ik steeds antwoord krijg.
Updated review on the 17/08 after awful response from the consumer care (which probably did not even take time to read my review...) As predicted, and you could have at least recognize that in your response, the return has been delayed once again. (a little reminder that you caused the issue with the delivery address, i gave you all the correct information and there are screenshots of that) It now says the 19th of August and I am, again, 100% sure it will be delayed again. Instead of recognizing your mistake and acting fast on finding a solution for me (mind yourself that I have been waiting for two weeks now), you just ask me to wait a "bit longer" ( like two weeks is not enough although I reported your mistrake immediately) when you are well aware that the bpost tracking is looking like an absolute joke for how long it is with rescheduled delivery every otherday. In all of this though you fail to mention that you have my money since the 30th of July and you did not " wait a bit longer" to take it. I did not delay the payment. I did not ignore you for weeks. I did my part, you should consider doing yours. In all of this I also need to mention that no one even tried to reply my message to your social media official page. Only one person is replying to my emails saying guess what? to wait a bit longer....... For anyone reading, their products are amazing but for the love of god DO NOT BUY ONLINE go to a shop and hope you will never have to deal with their customer service. Their service is exhausting and very dissapointing. I hope my blender never breaks otherwise as far as I hate saying this, it will be in the trash and I will invest my money in another brand. This is a response to their awful message left under my review. ------------------------------------------------------------ I have placed an order the 30th of July and received a tracking the day after with delivery set for the 1st of August. I noticed that you have made a mistake in sending the shipping address to bpost and contacted you. (you gave bpost the wrong address although it was registered correctly at the moment of my order placement) You ignored me for a week responding on the 7th of August that once the item was returned back to you, you could send me a new one. Fair enough, I thought, and trusted you although a week had already passed by and the item was still having the return date rescheduled every single day. We are now the 14th of August and the item still did not get sent back and the date has shitfted every single day since the 1st of August. As per today it is mentioned the 16th of august and I am sure it will change once the 16th arrives. It is now two weeks that you have had my money and two weeks of me checking the bpost tracking changing for a refusal. You even ignored my request to ask bpost and attempt a new delivery to my full correct address ( which I kept on givin for multiple times via email, with screenshots proving that I had inserted it correctly in the original order). I have even contacted you on your social media platform the 11th of August hoping to at least get a response there but nothing. This is just an absolute scam and I really regret buying your blender in the first place and feel stupid for wanting to upgrade it buying accessories. If only I had known that you would just take my money, ignore me and cause me all this stress I would've NEVER trusted your company. I feel like I had enough patience and even if I really wanted to trust you and leave a good review, now I feel forced to write this. Not only you send me a survey for a service that I could not even receive ( because of your own mistakes) but after two weeks of me needing and begging for a solution you even send me a reminder to fill this in? Well hope it was worth it and that you are at least honest enough to pubblish it or contact me with urgency with a final solution plus commercial gesture for all the insane and atrocious inconveniences and stress you have caused me. Expédition très rapide. Dommage que dans la description du produit la présence des couvercles n était pas précisée; du coup j ai commandé des couvercles en plus pensant qu il n y en avait pas avec les récipients - et je me retrouve avec 2 couvercles inutiles... les frais de retour étant exorbitants je les ai gardés. Sinon articles conformes a ce que je souhaitais.
