Oct 16,2024As a landscaping business owner, I need to be very cautious when it comes to choosing a supplier, especially nowadays with the abundance of online suppliers. My regular suppliers and I have developed good relationships over the years, on a business level, as well as on a personal level. I couldn’t be happier to include Scott and the Nuvo family as one of our top, regular suppliers. Over the last 12 months or so, we’ve made half a dozen orders, ranging from an order of just under £2,000 to orders of £10,000 upwards. Nuvo haven’t failed once in providing a product that lives up to the promises and expectations that I give to my clients as part of their landscaping projects. Communication between Nuvo and I have been absolutely incredible and a breath of fresh air to be completely honest, especially in comparison with previous suppliers I’ve used. Estimated deliveries have been spot on as well. Not once have I had staff and myself sitting around waiting on a delivery. Simply put, I can’t recommend the Nuvo family highly enough!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Furniture is outstanding quality and even more outstanding pricing given the quality. These gardens and the furniture in them is built to last. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Oct 10,2024Honestly the worst company I’ve ever brought from. We ordered an outdoor kitchen from this company over 4 months ago and we are still waiting on parts to arrive. They got the order wrong in the first place, I then took a partial refund and took the outdoor kitchen they had in stock but still waiting on parts to come to complete my order. I CONSTANTLY have to chase them on when the parts are coming and it’s now been 4 months of waiting. I think I’ve been more than fair giving them weeks at a time to response to me with nothing! Honestly AVOID if you don’t want to lose £1000’s of pounds and in return get appalling customer service and half an order. Edit: never received a refund of £1300? I’ve received a total of £1000 which £300 of that is owed to me because you sent me a different bbq that was worth less money? So please don’t make out you have done this out of pure goodness. Secondly you’ve said the item has been delivered but if you reread your email I sent you 2 weeks ago, I stated I wasn’t in the country until 1st November so I have no idea if it’s been sent, and if it has it’s probably sitting somewhere getting ruined because no one can listen to instructions.

May 16,2024I'm very happy with the Nova Titan aluminium pergola from Nuvo. My whole experience with the company was great. Scott answered product questions up front, I ordered - and the company worked to meet my delivery availability offering a courteous, efficient service. Recommend highly. Thanks :)

May 10,2024Found Nuvo online and was initially attracted by their price (5% discount) compared to others. Then started looking and their customer service comments stood out. So pergola ordered. Great comms, all delivered when agreed and even went on to then sort out a hot tub through Scott too! Scott handled it all, dealt with the supplier, agreed some extras and it was all delivered and installed the following week. As the title says, you just don’t see this level of customer service very often anymore and it’s an absolute delight when you do! Highly recommended.

We received our Pergola on Friday 19th April and it was up and finished on the Saturday. The instructions were spot on and all the parts were numbered and easy to follow. He kept me up to date via emails and texts when the stock was arriving and had updates on delivery. We are having our garden landscaped in a few weeks and I can not wait to see the pergola up when it’s finished. Will definitely be ordering some more things for the garden once it’s finished.

Apr 11,2024We ordered a new pergola from Nuvo and apart from the fact that the quality of the product is amazing, the customer service is the reason why I am writing a review (something I never normally do!) Scott kept us upto date throughout. He was very proactive texting to keep us in the loop as our item was on back order and even delivered the product himself. Nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely purchase from Nuvo again!

I’m so glad I came across “Nuvo” (Nuvo was linked with “Lawn Stripes and Hedges” on instagram which I follow) I asked lots of questions before purchasing. And Scott was excellent in responding. Scott kept me updated with my delivery date/time and even delivered it himself. I’m delighted with my New Garden furniture and “Thank You” Scott for your help. ☺️

Jan 30,2024I went out to visit Nuvo Outdoor at their brand new showroom today and was very impressed! Lizzie and Scott's level of knowledge and customer service is second to none. If you are looking for high quality garden furniture and accessories then they are well worth a visit. Their location is perfect, being between Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and Evesham and parking is ample too. Highly recommended.
