Alan is professional and knowledgeable, but spoke to us like an old friend, explaining best Will to suit our needs. No hard sell or wanting money up front, just good old fashioned service. Put our faith back in dealing with professionals, as a lot of them out there just want your money. Would definitely recommend Alan to anyone.
