Feb 23,2025A bit of a misunderstanding with the delivery but all got sorted. Also it was great to have the boards Come off the truck in the pallet without the need to hand lift them off. Beautiful wood. I have treated with linseed oil for raised vegetable beds and they look incredible.

Feb 20,2025I contacted OakMax to double my order but did not receive a response. Three days later received an email informing me that the unloading of the lorry was my responsibility. I informed the courier that I am a single woman, moved recently and know nobody. I was told the driver would cope. The driver was not even informed. I fell trying to lift an oak sleeper and suffered injury. After doing two sleepers a lorry could not pass so I asked for that drivers help, who I have to say was a lot more helpful. The lorry was exactly that with curtains and no way of offloading extremely heavy sleepers. Utter madness and thoroughly unreasonable and irresponsible.

Due to the very high level of customer service i would definitely recommend this company. Not only are the products extremely well priced, the customer service is second to none. Problems happen with every company so I’m not sure if you will encounter any issues, I’d like to think not, but if you do, I’m certain the team will do everything necessary to fix the issue… Even if that means they take a hit financially. Very trustworthy and professional!
