Feb 07,2025Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this company, not because they wouldn’t take back my order, but because the customer service was disgraceful, childishly rude and unhelpful. I’ve never experienced anything quite like it to be honest. As stated in my review, again, the bad review is about the manner and lack of customer service I received. Sarcasm and ‘winking faces’, along with the need to have the last say, were among my complaints at the time. It was childish and inappropriate, and quite frankly, if the emails have been read over, I am amazed it is condoned. As I stated in my email, there is no need for a response as I won’t use your company again. Kind regards
