Apr 17,2021Ordered some items only to find a few days later they were offering free beard balm with ALL orders in April . Mentioned this on the fb page only to be told the offer was only live a day before , the reply was quite abrupt. I suggested they should date the add as it wasn’t clear , no response or apology. Will not use this company again due to lack of customer care , which is a shame as I like the products

Apr 15,2021I’ve ordered and used several of the oils and butters. Absolutely brilliant. I use the oils every day, however the butters are a revelation. My beard tends to be dry but using these gives me a soft and smooth beard every single time. Twice a week I use oil, wait a couple of hours and then apply a little butter. BRILLIANT !!!!! The fragrances are long lasting, never too strong and kick ass amazing. I now have no reason at all to even think of trying other brands. Darren, just keep doing what it is you do. 👍👍👍👍👍

Apr 09,2021Great company with a good range of products. The scents are great and range (although) often sold out is brilliant. I have used them many times since finding them and love the products and prices. My only bug if you will is postage times not always their fault as Royal Mail take an eternity at present so be patient it’s not always there fault....

Apr 08,2021Average service with my last purchase. It seemed that the company no longer cared about the customer this time around. I paid extra for delivery it took 2 weeks to arrive. It took most of that time to dispatch. One item was missing, I raised the issue. Promised replacement, waited a week, didn't happen. They forgot to sort. They promised again, no show and they blamed post office, neve received the product I got refunded. Sad really as I rate their products and up until this point spot on. Seems different now and it makes me question if I will use an recommend again ( I recommended to many, its hard to find decent products for beards) Hope to come back and change the rating.

Apr 26,2021I started growing a beard over covid and have tried various other makes until I came across Odin on facebook. After buying my first oil and balm I was hooked, the scent throw is great and leaves skin soft and beard shiny with no beard druff. The butters are also great and I keep one in my work bag just to tidy up during the day after wearing a mask most if the day. Customer service is excellent and Daren is always happy to help and sort any question you have quickly, Odins is now the only place I will be buying from for my beard care, a brand you can trust.
