Nov 21,2020Lies about postage, constantly posts about how COVID is causing delays with Royal Mail, my parcel was apparently sent on a Monday it arrived on a Thursday and the Royal Mail sticker said the day before Wednesday so it clearly wasn’t posted until Wednesday. Dishonesty instead of just saying you are swamped and can’t keep up is greedy and bad customer service. Great products let down by greed. Btw no other brand I’ve bought from during COVID has talked about or had delays with Royal Mail. So apparently it’s happening to him....
