Mar 08,2025I ordered 2 different kits in the same size, One fit perfectly and wasn't biggest enough to fit my child. Customer service answered my complaint email saying it was custom and could not be returned and offered no other alternative. Said that the description online was enough to know that Jersey would fit differently. Not I'm stuck with a $100+ item I will never get to wear. AWFUL

Customer service was nice but not very helpful with the issue. Bit annoying especially since the t&cs say it can be used on any item. Also said 2-3 days delivery but ended up being delivered a week and a half later
