Apr 28,2025I made an online order and paid for 1/2 day express delivery I get told by one agent that there is a 3 day processing period which surely defeats the point of having express delivery? The deliver options are 3/4 days delivery for £4.50 and the “express” 1/2 days delivery costs £8.95 That extra price doesn’t justify the price as it’s not really express if you have to wait 3 days for it to be dispatched in the first place One agent told me on Friday that they had until Monday (today) to deliver it and if I hadn’t received it then to contact them today which I did. This agent was very helpful. A different agent today told me that it was now shipped but it was in the “processing days”. I then checked the couriers site tracking and it just merely says “shipping information received” which doesn’t mean it’s been shipped and I’ve had no email to tell me it has been shipped. I’ve spoken to this agent twice now (last Thursday and today) and he has been very unhelpful to the point I will likely not order off the online shop again. To sum it up I’ve spoke to 2 different agents one was great and the other very poor but either way I’ve paid extra for the “express delivery” and I haven’t got what I paid for. Very disappointing as we wanted to wear the merchandise at Wembley Yesterday.
