Na única vez que em houve uma falha no envio (um snack que continha ingredientes expressamente rejeitados no inquérito inicial), a equipa do Oh!MySnacks foi inexcedível na resolução! We saw a number of operational and branding evolutions and the our chief take away is that the service keeps getting better due to the fact they actively listen to their user base. By now i’m pretty sure they know what we like better than us. The quality of the snacks are on a steep curve that bends towards quality. The service keeps us satisfied because our wants are met, and they provide with a little adventure as they test us with new snacks. It has become a ritual to us, a part of our week, to wait for the box to arrive and argue who gets what
