Dec 24,2024Zero stars!! I can't believe I've bothered to collect these for 15 years only to be screwed out of my money by them. The shipped one of 9 ornaments USPS. It got here just fine. They shipped the other 8 using "OnTrac" and claim they were delivered. They were NOT! WE have a doorbell cam. No doorbell let's, nothing on video. No package, period. What a scum bag organization, both of them. I will be taking legal action if my money is not refunded.

Dec 18,2024I always worry when I order fragile things like Christmas ornaments, as they have to be forwarded to me overseas, and I always fear for their safety. My fears were groundless. The individual ornaments were carefully wrapped in tissue and then bubble wrap (just the way I do when I tuck them away) and put in a shipping box in such a way that they could not jostle around. They arrived in perfect condition. I carefully choose my ornaments: they have to have special and sentimental meaning to go on my tree. I have some that are over 50 years old. While I don't expect to be around when my new ornaments turn 50, please know that I will cherish the ones you sent me for the rest of my life.

Dec 17,2024The 50th Anniversary ornament was beautiful and packaged well! I bought two of these ornaments this year. I also purchased a Baby’s First Christmas ornament, which was colorful and detailed. The recipients were thrilled to be honored and to put them on display on their trees this year. The shipping time was not long, in spite of the holiday season. I would order from this company again because the ornaments are high quality and the colors are vibrant.

Dec 17,2024I placed an order the first week of November. The shipment never arrived. I spoke with customer service 4 times over a 2 week period and they couldn’t find my order. I requested a replacement order be shipped. However the customer service agents weren’t allowed to do that without the supervisor’s permission. These customer service agents were lovely & helpful. Eventually I spoke to the supervisor who was abrupt, refused to replace the order , refused to credit my account. I had to contact the credit card company & they credited my account immediately.
