Ordered 10 5 foot long LED striplights online. Delivered the next day. Cannot ask for more. The lights have not yet been fitted but the next possible test may be the returns procedure if one or more fail. If it works as well as the delivery efficiency the service is top class.

A great service, I live in the Highlands and Islands and no additional charges for postage (accepted it takes a day longer, but I am 650 miles north on London, everything takes a wee bitty longer)... Does what it says on the tin, great products, good prices, happy service... What more does a contractor need?

Almost a week now since I ordered from this company. Received and email on Tuesday to say item had been dispatched and a link for tracking will be sent to follow its path. It’s now Sunday, six days since email and still no hint of tracking link or item itself. If I’d known the service was going to be this bad I would have bought if of Amazon who where guaranteeing a 48 hrs delivery. This company needs to take a serious look at its public relations. Totally unsatisfactory situation.
