No question asked is 'silly' and she works really hard to make sure you feel valued as a client. I recommend her to everyone I know and would not work with anyone else, professionally or personally.

She goes out of her way to help, finds the best rates and is honest in her approach. Emma is so knowledgeable too. Emma really cares about her clients and it shows.
