I found you on Google and placed my order. You quoted a week for delivery I thought that’s okay I’m quite patient- it turned up in two days. Fits a perfectly and keeps me warm. I will definitely by visiting your website when I’m in the market for some bike or running gear Thank you

When I arrived at the shop I received a free bike fit set up from the proprietor of the shop.I highly recommend onitsports for all your cycle needs for price,service, high quality cycles,and clothing.I look forward to visiting the shop soon to purchase a pair of ZIPP 303 carbon wheel’s which are the best price in the U.K. A huge Thankyou to everybody at onitsports for your first class service and advice when purchasing my Cervélo R5. Aug 10,2024My bike had a serious issue with the Di2 Battery - Spoke to the team at Onit on the Monday afternoon , dropped the bike off Wednesday morning.Issue diagnosed by Thursday morning ( new battery needed under warranty ) collected the bike ( with new battery ) Friday morning- Absolutely stunning service from all involved. What’s even more impressive is the fact the bike wasn’t purchased with Onit I cannot recommend them enough on this- customer service is in many cases what happens when things go wrong - the team there are Leagues above from where the bike was purchased originally Chapeau !!
