Jul 26,2024Sent the wrong size, because I could not get 1200 wide up the stairs to the room, I ordered A smaller size, you ignored this and sent 1200 Only letting me know shortly before the delivery, I had to waste time cutting them smaller so we could get them in the room If you don’t have a size in stock show that on the website, or al least let the customer know In advance so he can decide to go ahead or not.

Jul 09,2024Why let a customer order, go through the whole checkout process, confirm delivery address, confirm identity through online banking then send a confirmation email only to send a cancellation notice seconds later to say 'out of stock' complete waste of my time and ties up my money for 24 hrs too. Don't waste your time!!
