Two data points around the renewal of domain features i signed up for : Negative I sent several emails , and had no reply regarding the renewal of my subscriptions . I followed up with phone calls to the NZ , Australia & London numbers , but there is the usual voice recording with no pick up at the prompts after more than 30 mins wait Positive The live chat is where i had my issues resolved in 10 mins with a live agent .

Very disappointed and frustrated with a total lack of customer service over the past week. Due to a lapsed subscription (my fault) which was overlooked by several days, and needing to renew my subscription for 2 years so I can receive emails again, I am currently unable to access my onlydomains account, and therefore can’t renew subscription. Sadly I have got next to zero customer service in the last 4 a 5 days ie no help via: - numerous emails (including to Lea where I thought I was getting somewhere early last week, but absolutely nothing back from her since) - Ticket ID #3071514 - Chat function on website - Many Phone calls to Sydney & Melbourne onlydomains offices; - Nobody answering the phone (calls ring out) - Request to be telephoned back - ignored. Help, surely this is not hard to fix!

Their service is very kind, exact and fast. I have used this company almost 9 years for my small business. But I just don't need any more. So I requsted refund fees. Even though when I leave, they did quick services for me . I will be back when I need you again.

Always block cutomer ip. again and agian and agian. I have tried some hosting company. only Onlydomain have problem. so annoying!!!

Almost 3 weeks not able to access my emails, I have paid upfront all the payments, and suddenly 3 weeks it was auto debited, I had to block the transaction, as the merchant was unknown, I have written emails several times but below was the response. I received excellent customer care from Volodymyr Salovskyi and the customer care team to resolve my request.
