Beware of ONLYDOMAINS !!! Hello everyone, Be Warned - STAY AWAY FROM ONLY DOMAINS !! Not even worth one star. Terrible, horrible & abusive. We are told that the calls are recorded for customer satisfaction & quality control, & then we are verbally spoken over, argued with, explain numerous times our situation only to be belittled & told "its not nice to hear an adult male cry" to take our meds & all sorts of derogatory slurs & insults. Then we call back we get the same Eduardo who then tells us he is going to cancel our accounts & emails & domains. Why do you employ staff who tarnish your brand & label so badly & bring so much damage to your organization & business? We hope that your management indeed listen to the calls that are recorded for quality control & customer satisfaction to realise how much Eduardo & other reps are damaging one’s name & brand, due to their un-cultivation & pure ignorant egos. I am happy to be called about this 0450 789 756 & in the meantime until one’s management resolves this amicably, we have no option but to continue to write honest reviews of the terrible , rude, obnoxious support & fore warn anyone wanting to use your otherwise ok service. Eduardo Perez Instra Support Is the 1st starting point. Please listen to the recordings of the calls he has been part of & how perverse, ignorant & rude he is. We also dealt with a rude obnoxious support "child" rep on the Sydney support number that could not find our account as he misspelt it up to four times. The more we tried to clarify & retry to spell out our account or domain names, the more we were spoken over & argued with. Totally unprofessional & incredibly damaging. Why do you hire uncultivated, spoilt entitled brat children that are full of themselves & their egos? Is this a "woke" thing? Are they a DEI hire? We are now going to add this review everywhere to forewarn others not to use your services while these bad apples are part of your organization. Date of experience: 28 November 2024

Dec 10,2024committed fraud, wrote them to turn off autorenew, they then turned around and renewed and charge a year for EVERY domain i had even ones that were not renewing for 4 years from now. Joana at customer service was like oh well #ucks to be you... Refused to provide an ounce of help. TOTALLY FRAUD never trust them never use them.
