Jan 09,2025I ran into trouble resetting my password. The automatic program got caught in a loop when I hit Continue and tried to change my password and. Talked to a robot agent and 3 live agents. No help. Thought i could just give an agent my new password to fix this manually in 2 minutes. Not an option apparently. Too frustrating!
