Since 3 days my domain has 404 page not found mufaddal-its.com I m not getting any response from only domains Before if we have any issue we use to chat on only domains platform now they disappear the chat option Now days i have not like a service as no response from only domains i m sending just email and they autoreply the email saying we will review and reply almost 3 days no response

I have written to get help on the setting for my mobile phone for outlook. It has been 4 days and I still waiting for a reply. Also, I went on for chat support, and I got so frustrated that I left chatting. Before, the support service was very good within 24 hrs I got a response. Hope the management can look at your support service again
I initially signed up for OnlyDomains because I was looking for a registrar which could offer a .SG domain registration with compulsory WHOIS privacy. OnlyDomains initially advertised that they could offer that service for free so I went ahead to create an account & went through the nitty-gritty of paying & registering a domain name. Some hours later I had some doubts on how their business runs so I contacted Customer Service & discovered that WHOIS privacy wasn't actually made available, so I jumped ship to another registrar. Troubles didn't end there as I had to fight through the headache of cancelling my order & deal with 1 rude staff (but I won't entirely push the blame on her since I myself got impatient at how they have yet to process the cancellation) They did eventually gave back a full refund, everything was cool for a while until a certain Sandie Young from their Sales Department dropped emails & even calls in the name of "assisting" me... I'm sorry but I truly don't need any of your false assistance & have since terminated any association. I get it that they are a corporation who has to exist but unless you are okay with Sandie persistently calling you, texting you - please stay away from OnlyDomains & their parent company TeamInternet (formerly CentralNic)
I have been using OnlyDomains for about 10 years. The dashboard is always fast and smooth. If I have a problem, the customer service is ready and able to help quickly.
The chat support was helpful within 1 minute. They quickly helped me identify and give clear instructions to solve a DNS issue I was having setting up a subdomain for a project. Within 10 mins I had an issue solved that I had been researching for weeks. I have used only domains for a few years now, this recent experience will keep me here for the meantime and had me happy to write this review. Thanks to Tony who helped.

I regret to report that my experience with OnlyDomains.com has been far from satisfactory. Approximately six months ago, I registered and paid for a domain through their platform. Upon payment, I received an invoice confirming my purchase, which led me to believe that everything was in order. However, today, when I attempted to access the domain settings page, I was shocked to discover that the domain was not registered under my name. In fact, the domain registration had been rejected. What's more, I received no communication from OnlyDomains.com about this issue after the invoice was sent. I was left completely in the dark about the status of my domain. To add insult to injury, not only did I lose the money I paid for the domain, but the domain itself has been taken by someone else. Given the circumstances, I can't help but suspect that OnlyDomains.com may have played a role in this, possibly with the intention of reselling the domain. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and deceived. I entrusted OnlyDomains.com with my domain registration and in return, I have lost both my money and my domain. I strongly advise others to tread carefully when considering using their services.
