Oct 27,2023Overall, Only Domains support is more often Good than not. However, Only Domains is the only Instra Corp owned registrar that doesn't offer EPP Auth Code access to its account users and this for brokers or those with domain name portfolios is far too time-consuming and costly, especially when codes are wrong and require further request. If Only Domains made EPP auth codes accessible like most registrars do, they'd certainly be improving their service.

Oct 27,2023I was stuck trying to update a domain on behalf of a client. The records looked ok in various DNS tools but didn't work in the browser. Eventually I tried the chat feature and Rogine responded. She knew exactly what to do and sorted out the issue for me. Such a relief!
