Nov 15,2023I would definitely rate it a -5 star if I could. I bought a domain from OnlyDomain that is an HK domain name. After one year of usage, it cost me $569 HKD to renew the domain for one year, which is $72 USD, making it extremely expensive. After that, I let the domain expire and decided to transfer it to another service provider. However, OnlyDomain locked my auth code, forcing me to pay them to restore it before I could retrieve my auth code for the transfer, even though I own the domain as a user. Unfortunately, I had to pay for it since it is my client's domain, so I didn't have a choice. But now, they have still not completed the restoration process, and the support team keeps saying that the process is already in progress. I have been dealing with this domain problem from November 1st until today. The restoration progress has already taken me six days, and it is still ongoing. These unethical behavior is completely unacceptable for an international company.
