They are just great when it comes to customer service. I messed up my initial order when I used an incorrect prescription. When I realized what I had done I contacted them and they fixed my error and my contacts on the way. These days that was unexpected. They made is easy to fix what I had done.

My rep Robert (ref18116503) was amazing and wonderful. At first, I was questioning this company as I am ordering contact lenses for the first time. Robert reassured me and answered all my questions. A few months ago I had ordered contacts for a ONE TIME PURCHASE. The total for the order was $421.00, and some change, but that is because the order was meant to last for 9 months. I received the order and made the payment. AGAIN this was just a couple of months ago, then I get a notification that they are sending out the order again, and that there was going to be a withdraw from my account with an additional fee. I never asked for a second order, nor did I authorize a withdraw from my account for a second order. I tried contacting OptiContacts via phone and got a voicemail that I left a message on, I emailed OptiContacts, and received no response other than a receipt of the money that was being taken out of my account for an order, I did not order, as well as an order I did not know about. I called again, after seeing that they already took out the money. I was finally reached a customer service rep, Chris, he informed me that my account was on autoship. Something I did not notice or even think to look at when making my first purchase, and making an account with OptiContacts. Chris was great at giving me a solution and helping me execute the procedure. Chris also took my autoship off of my account so that I would not have togo through this again. Thank you Chris, I appreciate you taking the time to help me out. I will order again from OptiContacts, when I start getting low on my contacts

It was really easy and 1st time customers get a great discount! Free shipping is only 3-5 business days which is great! I can edit and add to the review when I receive the contacts.

Website is NOT user friendly; navigating back requires re-input and re-upload of EVERYTHING Pricing is deceptive; amount to pay differs from the one on website that'd been displayed because hidden fees and charges get added. No pre-notification of shipping fee or other charges until a person goes to check out. NOT cool.

Emma was fantastic and awesome! I had an updated prescription but my auto renewal was shipping that day, so she said no problem and took my updated script information and sent a stop shipping on the old prescription that auto shipped. She took care of everything and sent me a link to easily send new prescription to her. She took care of all this that I worried would be a cost to me, since unable to fix, but she handled it fast and efficiently. She said not to worry to me and Emma was very good with her customer service skills! So from this great experience I will be happy to buy again from OptiContacts.com! They truly seem to care and make ordering a great and easy experience! Well done Emma and thank you! Holly

My experience from start to finish was exceptional. I had a few missteps ordering but the support was always there. I was so impressed with the customer service and the quality they’ve provided when I had made a mistake and thought I couldn’t get an exchange on the product. But they assured that they would make it right for me. I have not been treated this good in a very long time. Thank you for your wonderful support and I will definitely be buying again.

They are not transparent about their pricing. They have a listed price for each box of contacts that is about half of all of their competitors. They then add a massive fee at the end that is undisclosed in the rest of the order. So they make you put in your prescription information, your shipping information, and your payment information before they decide to put in that fee. I won't trust a company that is trying to trick it's consumers by almost doubling the price of the order last minute without disclosing the fees at any point in the transaction. That is a dishonest business practice and I abandoned the order and will never order anything from them.
