I shopped around online before purchasing and OptiContacts beat all the others by $50 and up. It was very easy to upload my lens prescription and my contacts arrived in my mailbox less than a week later!!

At first, I didn't receive my order, but after they were informed of the situation, they promptly sent me a replacement free of charge. Their handling speed was very fast, which was excellent, and I am very grateful.

Costumer service is full of automated responses and did not actually help me at all. There was a price increase of $100 since my last order and no one seemed to understand why that is alarming. They also don’t verify your prescription which I find odd. None of this would be a huge issue if I got any help in resolving it. I’d have just reordered and continued using them if I was able to have the product I actually needed. Instead I got zero help and will advise no one to use this service as well as myself. I actually used to use 1800 contacts and always had good experiences. I tried opti out through my eye doctor and wish I hadn’t.

The contacts arrived so fast. I was shocked because I had just been to the doctor on Monday and ordered the contacts on Tuesday and they arrived Thursday. They were the correct prescription and I see great now.

I was sent the wrong contact lenses and needed to return them to get the correct ones sent to me. I am still waiting on my contacts. Very disappointed in the service!! They need to be careful and look at the Rx carefully!!

Best pricing I found, quick shipping, and the items that arrived were as-ordered. For these aspects I would award 4 or even 5 stars. However, like all the online lens sellers these days, Opticontacts makes it hard or impossible to compare pricing with other websites because they list the lens at an artificially low price on their website, then they apply a *massive* service charge to the order during checkout. This is a deceptive practice that is pervasive for contact lens sellers but not seen in almost any other online retail segment. It needs to stop, and I have deducted 2 stars for this alone.

Charging almost $80 for a "handling fee" is ridiculous. They literally put 2 boxes of contacts in a box and dropped them off at the post office. When I ordered contacts from them 2 years ago, I signed up for the subscription for the convenience and extra savings. I paid $140. When it was time to autoship, I was not given a price and ended up being charged $300!!! Luckily when I called to see about sending the contacts back to get a refund, they reduced the price by a little bit. But I still paid almost $180 for $80 worth of contacts with the "handling fee" and shipping. When I emailed customer service asking why the handling fee was so high (they didn't contact my eye doctor or anything, they literally just shipped out my contacts per the post office), I was told it was "standard" for companies like theirs to charge such fees. I will not be buying contacts from them again. So greedy when it's something that people NEED.
