I’ve spoken with her twice over the past week and can say she is a great asset and was warm, professional, and addressed my needs and concern immediately. I was not planning on ordering from this website again but Emma’s service skills have made me change my mind. I hope someone in her leadership chain sees this review and gives her some thanks! (Maybe like a free PTO day???)

Apr 02,2024Even after the high processing fee, Air Optix colors were still hundreds of dollars cheaper here than 1800 contacts or any other distributor. After submitting my order and prescription, I was contacted by a customer service representative who advised I submitted an eyeglass prescription instead of a contact prescription. She asked for approval to directly contact my doctor, which I agreed. The following day I received notification my order had shipped. When my order arrived, it was the exact same product I had been purchasing, but for a lot less. Thank you!
