Apr 04,2024Wat een waardeloos bedrijf is dit. Mensen, AFBLIJVEN! Waarschijnlijk weer zo'n nep bedrijfje. Bestel ik shorts voor de kinderen, annuleren ze na een week zonder iets te laten weten de bestelling. Zonder enige waarschuwing en niets. Pas na twee mails (die nog steeds onbeantwoord zijn) kreeg ik mijn geld terug. Ondertussen ben ik al met al tien dagen kwijt en dus moet ik weer opnieuw ergens wat gaan zoeken en bestellen. Wat een prutsers en bedriegers zijn dat.

Apr 04,2024⚠️⚠️⚠️Site non fiable, commande incomplète et SAV silencieux malgre mes nombreuses relances, article manquant et depuis silence radio. ORDER #150946. A ce jour 04/04/2024 toujours pas reçu ma seconde paire de basket ou un remboursement mais l'article à été payé, donc toujours pas réglé. Première commande chez eux mais également la dernière et je compte pas lâcher l'affaire et partager avec un maximum de gens ma mauvaise expérience chez eux pour éviter aux gens ce site de 🤬🤬🤬 Commande envoyée tardivement Commande incomplète SAV inexistant Mise a jour probleme résolu : 04/04/2024 16h remboursement avec email d'excuse de la gêne occasionnée. S'agit il d'un hasard mystère. Au moins j'ai eu un semblant d'explication qui vise le transporteur qui est selon eux responsable de la perte de mon article (pourtant carton non ouvert à la reception) bref je met 3 étoiles car erreur corrigée mais trop d'attente selon moi et je pense m'abstenir à l'avenir malgré tout de prendre sur ce site.

Apr 03,2024Trustful store, i was a bit skeptical because I ordered shoes that were very strongly reduced. First week after the order, the status did not change, so i have contacted the customer service wich promply replied and appologised , my order was not yet ready to send due to high volume of orders received in the sale season. But the next day i've noticed the status of my order changed to sent, so a few days later i had my package, goods in perfect order. I can only reccommmend this store.
