Mar 23,2024I made a purchase on March 17 and so far I haven't received any exact answer as to when the order will be shipped. Even sending several messages to Oqium, I have not received any certain feedback about the shipping date. I don't think this is an honest company that cares about its customers.

Mar 23,2024Gewoon simpel 2 paar schoenen besteld, na 4 dagen niks gehoord te hebben maar even een mail gestuurd wanneer ik de schoenen mag ontvangen, vervolgens krijg ik als antwoord: we hebben uw order geannuleerd en we storten het geld terug. Vervolgens zie ik in de webshop dat de schoenen nog steeds leverbaar zijn maar nu ineens 30 euro duurder!! Ik ben benieuwd of het geld daadwerkelijk terug gestort word maar ik heb er weinig vertrouwen in. Een advies voor iedereen die overweegt hier te bestellen, ga lekker ergens anders heen tenzij je graag wacht op iets wat niet gaat komen.
