I called post nl they said to call one of your stores I did and they said they would get in touch with me to resend it or to refund full Price. But i heard nothing and suddenly I got a refund but it wasnt even the full price I paid so I just lost money without purchasing anything.

Sep 10,2023We hadden schoenen ontvangen die een vlekje had. Omdat het zo’n klein vlekje was hebben wij dit niet opgemerkt. Wij weten zeker dat wij dit niet veroorzaakt hebben omdat we de schoenen binnen en voorzichtig gepast hebben. Helaas waren de schoenen niet naar onze smaak waardoor we de schoenen hebben teruggestuurd. Helaas kregen we ons geld niet terug maar de schoenen wel. Het vlekje is er met een veeg afgegaan. Uitermate teleurstellend, onze ervaring met Oqium.
