Sep 09,2023They have some shoes on their website advertised as 'available in store', but the available sizes are not displayed. So I started calling the store to ask for info, but no one answered the phone for 5 straight days. I decided to go to the store anyway (which it is not even close to my place) and they told me the shoes are not available, there must be some mistake on the website (which btw has not been corrected). Also I asked if they had some issue with the phone, they said no issue, they just did not receive any calls. I tried to call and the phone was working, it just was not picked up for 5 days, that would have spared me time and money to get there.

Sep 07,2023Worst experience I had. 2 weeks later when I started chasing my order they started to apologize about the stock but money was taken from my account and the next day they canceled the order Joke, don't recommend to anybody

Sep 07,2023Schuhe bestellt, Bestellbestätigung erhalten, Schuhe, dann drei Tage später angeblich nicht lieferbar. Werden aber auf der Homepage zu einem höheren Preis wieder angezeigt. Wunderbar!

Sep 05,2023Placed an order on 22 August for a pair of Puma sneakers and till today I didn’t receive it (4 September) - EU delivery should take few days, however is charged 23 Euro!! It seems the package arrived dammaged at the local delivery company on the 29 September (one week time for 23 Euro), received a message from DPD that the recipient refused the goods (not true as I only received an sms, wrote a complaint with Oqium asking reimbursement and have no news since they replied (31 August) they are investigating the issue… terrible experience

Aug 21,2023La mia esperienza con questa azienda è stata buona in generale. Ottimi prezzi e consegna veloce. Purtroppo le Nike nere che ho preso sono made in Indonesia e si vede. Presentano sbavature bianche di colla all'attaccatura fra suola e tomaia. Piccolo neo e per il resto tutto ok.
