Jun 16,2023Zeer vlot gehandeld nadat ik contact heb opgenomen met de klantenservice. Er was per ongeluk een verkeerde maat opgestuurd. Hierop is meteen een retourlabel gestuurd en toen deze binnen was bij Oqium hebben zij gelijk de juiste maat opgestuurd. Contact ging vlot en vloeiend. Zeer te spreken over de wijze waarop dit is gegaan.
