I would gladly buy what was available. You really let us down because we were counting on buying the shorts that were in stock at the time of ordering

May 15,2023I returned a pair of shoes, because they were too large on 21 April. The package seems to be delivered to Oqium on 26 April. I wrote the first mail asking if the shoes arrived on 4 May, four further mails the following days. No response and no money until now. Really disappointing.

May 09,2023Saludos, Compré dos zapatillas de basketball 1 me quedo pequeña y la otra llegó con un pequeño desperfecto por lo cual el día después de recibir mi pedido lo tuve que devolver por completo, luego que Oqium recibiera mi devolución me envió un mail diciendo que dentro de 14 días tendría mi dinero devuelta pero ya an pasado más de 20 días y todavía no me devuelven mi dinero , lo primero es que el periodo de 14 días es demasiado largo para devolver el dinero y lo otro es que an pasado más de 20 días y todavía no me envían mi dinero, por mail tampoco me responden es decir que ellos simplemente se quedaron con mi dinero o no le encuentro otra explicación, mi número de pedido es #122459
