Jan 04,2024This company did not complete the paperwork for the HRMC properly for me, resulting in a very high tax bill, through no fault of my own. When I challenged this they tried to shift the blame onto me, but the HRMC clarified that the documentation (which they had completed) was not done properly-the correct box was not checked. Despite my contacting them and registering a complaint, I found the tone of the representative, dismissive, unhelpful, and incredibly unfriendly. There are so many better Umbrella companies out there. I was warned about OG, but ignored the warnings as I had used them in the past. Never again. Beware.
