Dec 22,2023Rang Orange Genie regarding a pay query; I spoke to Johnny who, not only answered my questions efficiently and clearly, but offered advice to other services that OG provided that I hadn’t even thought of - all of which are resources that will benefit me greatly in the very near future. Johnny was also very friendly, listened well and had a good sense of humour; most refreshing from the script reading robotic call centre handlers that most companies provide.
