Nov 21,2023Rung through with an enquiry about the payslips as I was a little confused and needed to clarify somthing. I was put through to Jonny Patel who was so kind and friendly, asked the usual security questions which made me feel like my accounts safe, complimented name which made my stressful day even better. But better yet Jonny Patel explained my situation clearly so I understood what I needed to do and when including what I need to say the next time I rung. Made the whole service at ease with the easy but clear communication!

My queries are always answered in a timely manner, and I trust the advice that Olivia gives, which leaves me time to concentrate on my business without having to worry about the accounts.

Nov 11,2023The young lady I spoke to was very helpful and answered my query entirely satisfactorily This is not a criticism of her and I suppose you do this because companies and official bodies do it now but I do not find it in deering being in being addressed by my first name by somebody whom I do not know. You probably trained her to do it but even so, as long as it is done I can never regard it the service I received as the perfect service Thank you all the same

Nov 10,2023New to OG as an umbrella company and no issues with my pay so far, aside from a couple of timesheet foibles that weren't their fault in any case. For their Team's assistance to me with fallout from the aforementioned foibles, and a query today concerning a tax rebate that I had no idea was coming, they get a definite thumbs-up. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and helpful - what's not to like? Like I said, I haven't worked with OG as my umbrella for long yet but based on my experience so far, I'd recommend them.
