Sep 20,2023I received a random email after company was wound up asking for £48 out of nowhere. Links in the email didn't work and I was highly suspicious that this was another scam email. Apparently Orange Genie had made an error in calculation and had not deducted it? Why wasn't this deducted in the next pay when I was with Orange Genie? Still suspicious as I get a lot of spam emails like this. Seems the bank details I received by email for O.G. are a fake/ scam bank going by reviews, what's going on? Orange Genie great up to that point.

Sep 07,2023In the 12+ years of having my business I have had two excellent accountants - Grant Hamill is one of them. Paper work, accounts and especially HMRC can be extremely overwhelming to deal with while running a business during busy periods. Grant Hamill has helped with all three extremely professionally, taking the heat off me and allowing me to get on with running the business. Grant always explains accounts related issues (sometimes repeatedly) in a very clear and concise manner, providing feedback, options and potential solutions. I would also like to add that Grant has also helped resolve HMRC issues with refunds - for which I am extremely grateful. Running a business and having a young family are a lethal combination and it's services provided by professionals like Grant that really make a difference. I would also like to extend my thanks to Orange Genie for resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
