Sep 01,2023Called Orange Genie today, regarding the incorrect total amount being show on my timesheet when inputting units. I spoke to Nabeeha, who investigated this for me, Apparently the timesheet had 2 different rates available as an option, which I was unaware of. Nabeeha, explained the situation and then kindly had the incorrect rate option removed. Nabeeha, was very helpful, unlike the two previous calls I put in yesterday, where no explanation was given and no follow up action was taken. Aug 25,2023I have always found Orange Genie to be helpful and very responsive to requests and queries. I have had no payment issues and at times have been surprised at the speed of payment. I contribute to my pension via salary sacrifice and this has worked well. Any pension payment queries I've had are answered that day or the next. Given that a benefits package, including discount offers, is part of their service I have no complaints and only praise. A recent query on changes to the client timesheet was answered promptly by Maria and an unexpected immediate payment was also made. Given my experience over more than 3 years with Orange Genie I have no hesitation in recommending them.
