I used Orange Genie Umbrella at first - they were recommended by a friend who had a bad experience with another Umbrella but much better with Orange - and the service was good in general. This lasted over a year, and then I changed contracts and needed a new accountant due to retirement of my previous one, so I decided to switch to Orange's service for Ltd Companies based on my previous experience and seeing that their costs are reasonable. The Ltd Company service has also been good in general - there was only a hiccup in the first 5 or 6 months, when my assigned accountant suddenly became unreliable and then I found he was leaving. My account was picked temporarily by a more senior director, who did a great job of bringing things back to standard, until my current accountant Preet Chauhan started (I think 9 months ago or so). Preet has also been very good at keeping things in order, being responsive and giving good advice in general. I can recommend Orange based on my experience - didn't give 5 stars due to the hiccup with the previous accountant, but it shows that as a company they care about their customers and can take action to remediate things when they go wrong.

Saira Ahmed was very polite and helpful any time I spoke to her, even when there was an issue about anything. She very quickly changed my setting so that my holiday pay would be accrued rather than paid out in each pay check.

Got to call another team member at Orange Genie who managed to unlock my access to the discounts at the orange genie companion portal remotely. the issue was resolved and I had a follow up call from performance improvement team to check the issue was resolved and my feedback was taken into consideration. Great Work!

I was pleased that Nabeeha quickly grasped what my issue was & directed me to someone who could help. She explained that I could use someone at the help centre online in the portal or call directly & gave me the number. I was able to solve my problem very quickly through the online help as it was just a matter of using 1 capital letter in my double barrel surname. It's a pity this information hadn't been provided earlier as this would've saved a lot of trials.
