May 13,2023As an agent I received an extremely poor service. I would stay clear of this company. The account manager (AM) had no clue on the company's obligations on receiving their T&Cs. The unprofessional treatment experienced was shocking, I've not seen uncoordinated teams and the senior management including the Operations director couldn't be bothered to pickup the call or return a call following the AM admitting fault and confusion to even discuss the lessons to learn. These errors havs cause losses and I know would not risk this situation again with this company
